This position is responsible for the administration, review, and analysis of contracts by assessing contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with negotiated business terms, regulations, policies, and procedures. He/she provides expertise in the management of contract change control, and develops negotiation strategies on contractual issues. The person resolves contract issues and disputes, and assists in the identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she must have at least four years of experience as a contract manager or in another support professional role working on contract matters. Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred.

This position ensures the proper product classification and federal, state, and local registration and licensing of restricted materials in the U.S. and Canada. He/she is also responsible for FDA and Canadian Health compliance programs. The person provides regulatory guidance and interpretation for the corporate regulatory affairs organization. He/she keeps informed of regulatory changes, and implements internal changes to maintain company compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, or equivalent experience. He/she will have two to five years of experience in regulatory affairs or an applicable role. The person will have knowledge of DEA, prescription drugs, TTB, FDA, and Health Canada regulations.

Distribution Warehouse Process Engineer
This position is responsible for data management, performance analysis, problem identification, and developing recommendations to support logistics management. He/she manages data through data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, and/or problem analysis. The person manages the optimization of resources and processes in compliance with company policies/procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess a college degree in supply chain management, logistics, or industrial engineering. He/she will have a minimum of eight years of directly applicable experience in a similar position. The person will have knowledge of Six Sigma or other process improvement methods and Lean Logistics.
