Director of Client Services

This position implements IT strategy and practices set forth by the Chief Information Officer. He/she works with students, faculty, and staff to foster collaborative efforts, build teams, manage projects, and establish, build, and lead internal and external partnerships. The person oversees IT services, including client care, general service/support, departmental communications, equipment inventory, and computing support.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline, although a master’s degree is preferred. He/she will have a minimum of six years of progressively responsible client service and project management experience. The person will have in-depth knowledge of IT service operations and deep technical knowledge.

Resident Operations Manager, Dining Services

This position manages the resident dining program and supports retail and catering operations, including campus vending. He/she supervises food ordering and non-food supply ordering, according to food production specification. The person assists in budget preparation, prepares weekly P/L reports, and maintains required records.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in hotel/restaurant management and a minimum of five years of food management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. He/she will have prior supervisory and budgetary experience.

HCAH Program Manager

This position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and logistics for Hurford Center for the Arts and Humanities (HCAH) programming. He/she plans and manages budgets, coordinates schedules, and arranges logistical support of HCAH programs and individual events. The person acts as liaison with speakers, artists, performers, and other visitors.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a background in the arts or humanities. He/she will have at least three to five years of experience managing projects, programming, and event planning. The person must have previous experience in higher education and in creating publicity material, managing websites, working with social media, and planning symposia or arts events.
