Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is the state agency overseeing alcohol regulation in Pennsylvania. It manages the licensing, distribution, and retail sales of wine and spirits through over 600 Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores. The PLCB also promotes alcohol education and returns profits to the state treasury.
