Annual Membership Luncheon
Connecting Leaders. Driving Impact.
Join the Chamber for its Annual Membership Luncheon on Wednesday, June 17, 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, at the Springfield Country Club, 400 W. Sproul Road, as it closes its fiscal year with celebration, reflection, and anticipation.
Cost is $60 for members, $75 for non-members.
The accomplishments of the past year will be honored, members and partners who made it possible will be recognized, and the group will look to the year ahead.
This is more than just a luncheon — it’s a moment to connect, celebrate the Chamber’s collective impact, and look forward to a future full of opportunity.
The luncheon will feature a Year in Review. It will recognize outgoing board members and key volunteers. It will recognize the Class of 2026 for Leadership Delaware County, and the 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented.
There will be networking opportunities until about Noon, followed by the program and lunch. The awards program will end early enough for more networking before returning to work.

Young Professionals: Cornhole Tournament
Trade your desk for the boards and join the Delaware County Chamber Young Professionals for a laid-back summer showdown at Off the Rail in Media.
A Cornhole Tournament on Tuesday, June 23, 4 to 6:30 PM, is all about friendly competition, cold drinks, and connecting with fellow young professionals in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
The price for a solo player is $40. He or she will be paired with a teammate. Cost includes food and drink, including beer and wine.
Price of a Cornhole Team of two players, food & drink, including wine and beer is $60.
Price of a spectator only, including food & drink with beer and wine, is $30.
The cost for a spectator who is networking only is $25.
An event sponsor, which includes two teams, signage at the event, a social media post before and after, a logo on the event, and a list of attendees, is $500.
Whether you’re in it to win it or just tossing for bragging rights, this is the perfect way to kick back and unwind.
Bring a partner or sign up solo and get ready to toss your way to victory.
The tournament takes place at 109 W. State Street, second floor.
Registration/Warm Up and Casual Play begin at 4 PM. A Rules and Bracket overview is given at 4:20 PM, with tournament play starting at 4:30 PM. Finals and awards will be presented from 6:15 to 6:30 PM.
Dress is casual, and jeans are welcome.
Connection With a Cause Volunteer Fair
Join the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce for a free Connect for a Cause Volunteer Fair on Thursday, June 25, 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, at the Delaware County Bar Association, 335 W. Front Street in Media.
This dynamic morning is designed to bring together individuals, businesses, and nonprofits from across Delaware County.
This is an opportunity to meet local organizations, explore meaningful ways to get involved, and build connections that make a difference. Whether you are looking to volunteer, serve on a board, support a cause, or simply get more engaged in the community, this event is an easy and welcoming place to start.
Nonprofit setup begins at 8 AM, with open networking and showcase from 8:30 to 10:30 AM.

Street parking and nearby garages are available throughout Media Borough. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park and walk to the venue.
For Nonprofits
Nonprofit members are invited to participate and showcase their organization through a tabletop display.
Each participating nonprofit will receive:
- A designated display table.
- Inclusion in the event attendee booklet.
To be included in event materials, complete the form included in your registration confirmation email.
Space is limited. Once capacity is reached, a waitlist will be available.
