Insomnia Cookies will be there for the late-night traveler when food cravings hit.
Insomnia is coming to Terminal C at the Philadelphia International Airport in spring 2026, and it will stay open past 10 PM, writes Kristin Hunt for PhillyVoice.
This will be its first airport opening.
The cookie counter will be open until 1 AM Monday through Wednesday and up to 3 AM Thursday through Saturday.
Chickie & Pete’s and the SGR candy store are the only other late-night options at the airport, staying open until 10:30 PM.
Insomnia Cookies was founded in 2003 by University of Pennsylvania student Seth Berkowitz.
“Philadelphia is our hometown, and we’re excited to bring our warm, delicious cookies to Philadelphia International Airport,” Berkowitz said in a statement.
“By embedding the brand deeper into travel environments, we reaffirm our commitment to satisfying the cravings of Insomniacs wherever they are and lead the industry in indulgent innovation,” he said.
Insomnia’s arrival is the latest offering from the Founded in Philly program at MarketPlace PHL.
The airport is attempting to bring Philly shops and restaurants inside the airport terminals.
That includes Middle Child Clubhouse, Federal Donuts & Chicken, Oyster House, and Elixr Coffee Roasters.
