The best Delaware County suburbs have once again made it into a top 30 list of the best places in Pennsylvania to live in 2024, according to Stacker, which compiled the rankings.

One Delco community, Swarthmore, made it into the top 10, settling in at No. 4. Swarthmore’s 6,507 residents enjoy a median household income of $136,679 and 78 percent of them own a home. Home median values are $504,900.

Rose Valley is also in the top 10, scoring a ranking of 7. Its population of 1,187 enjoy a median household income of $250,001 and 97 percent own homes. Home median values are  $679,700.

Nether Providence Township ranks at No. 12. Its 14,432 residents enjoy a median household income of $140,713 and 88 percent own homes. Home median values are $400,300,

Haverford Township came in with a ranking of 22 out of 30. Its 50,375 residents enjoy a median household income of $124,875, and 87 percent own homes. Home median values are  $413,000.

Radnor Township came in at 24. Its 33,260 residents have a median household income of $150,863, with 62 percent owning homes. Home median values are $762,400.
