There’s plenty of places in Delaware County to get your brunch on, whether it’s classic breakfast combos, sophisticated, fresh pastries, or brunch cocktails, writes Samantha Geiger for Main Line Today.

Here are five recommended favorite brunch locations that provide a special experience.

  • Bittersweet Kitchen in Media features decadent options like crème Brulee pancakes with vanilla pastry cream, huevos rancheros, and a French Toast BLT with brown sugar bacon.
  • Terrain Café in Glen Mills provides a seasonal menu of locally sourced ingredients in a gorgeous greenhouse-inspired setting.  The brioche French toast is a favorite.
  • Autograph Brasserie in Wayne has a tantalizing décor with signed celebrity portraits on the walls, brass instruments suspended from the ceiling, and a sycamore tree growing in the middle of the dining room. The Bellini Bouquet is recommended.
  • White Dog Café in Glen Mills is known for its canine-themed décor, but you’ll also find the Kennett Square omelet, avocado BLT and brunch cocktails.
  • Ardmore Station Café in Ardmore is a cozy café that has classic breakfast sandwiches and omelets, but it kicks things up a notch with red velvet pancakes and avocado Benedict. It also serves different teas and coffees.
