Blueprint Cookies, a new cookie franchise, will open its first Philadelphia location in Rittenhouse Square at 268 S. 20th Street on Saturday, November 18.

The grand opening of the Philadelphia cookie shop marks the first business venture for co-owners Christian Williams and Johnny Ciarlante, who have been best friends since childhood, and a third partner, Joe Lees.

Florida-based Blueprint Cookies was founded in 2019 and has been rapidly growing as a cookie craze has taken over the country, with other cookie store brands such as Crumbl Cookies and Crave Cookies making debuts in the Delaware Valley in recent years.

Blueprint Cookies changes its cookie menu weekly, adding four new flavors every week, in addition to monthly specials and two permanent classic offerings – Chocolate Chip Cookie and Sugar Sprinkles.

The company also offers cookie catering and cookie cakes for special occasions.

Grand opening weekend hours will be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. (or until sold out), and then regular hours will be 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
