Crumbl Cookies opens its new store Friday in the Lawrence Park Shopping Center next to PJ Whelihan’s, writes Pete Bannan for the Daily Times.

Store owner Charles Terry III is eager to start serving cookie-crazed customers.

This will be his third store, joining Crumbl’s in Wayne and Wynnewood.

The popular cookie store opened in Logan, Utah in 2017, started by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley while Sawyer was attending Utah State University.

That first store quickly expanded to a 500-store franchise.

For its grand opening week, the new store will have six of more than 200 rotating flavors, including Crumbl’s award-winning Milk Chocolate Chip.

Other flavors include Cornbread, Cookies & Cream, S’mores, Key Lime Pie, Pepperment Bark, Caramel Popcorn, Buttermilk Pancake, and Galaxy Brownie.

New flavor drops are announced Sundays at 8 pm on social media.

Terry got into the cookie business after trying a Crumbl chocolate chip cookie. He opened his first store in January 2022.

His years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach have taught him the importance of offering consistent customer service by making sure customers are understood and feel connected to his business.
