Joseph McCabe, graduate of Cabrini University in Radnor, has had tremendous success with his real estate firm.

You have to be doing something right if your real estate firm’s revenue increases 17,599 percent between 2019 and 2022, writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.

That’s what’s happened to Joseph McCabe’s one-man brokerage real estate firm, Surefire Group, founded in 2017.

Joseph McCabe, a graduate of Cabrini University in Radnor, grew his Mt. Airy brokerage firm into a national company that was 17th among the 20 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. based on the latest Inc. 5000 list.

The company is expected to hit $50 million in revenue in 2023. McCabe’s aiming to double that next year and quintuple it in five years.

There’s also plans to open nine locations in California, Hawaii, Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and Texas, joining an existing four locations in Greater Philadelphia.

Three years ago, it was just McCabe, a military veteran who graduated from Father Judge High School and Cabrini before starting a career as a real estate agent.

“In five years, we want to be the largest provider of joint venture mortgage and title in the country,” McCabe said. “We’re unique because no one does both. We want to be at a point where we’re at $250 million in revenue.”
