9 Delaware County Firms Make Soaring 76, Philadelphia’s Business Journal’s List of Fastest Growing Area Companies
The number of Delaware County companies that are growing the fastest in the region increased from six in 2022 to nine in 2023, based on the Philadelphia Business Journal’s Soaring 76 list.
Four are repeats from 2022, while five are new.
To get on the list, companies had to be independently owned, headquartered in the Philadelphia region, have sustained growth, and have at least $750,000 in 2020, writes Lisa Dukart for Philadelphia Business Journal.
This year, publicly-traded companies were added to the list.
Returning from 2022 as the region’s fastest-growing companies are:
- AMREP Corp. in Havertown, a real estate company operating through its subsidiary AMREP Southwest Inc.;
- Curotec in Newtown Square, a software and web development company;
- LoanStar Technologies in Swarthmore, providing banks with a platform to increase and diversify their consumer lending programs;
- Results Repeat in Media, a digital marketing agency.
Making the Soaring 76 list this year for the first time are:
- Aclaris Therapeutics in Wayne, a biopharmaceutical company;
- Insurance firm Crumdale Partners in Newtown Square;
- Evolution Financial Group in Media, an investment manager;
- Metropolis Passenger Logistics in Essington, a business travel company.
- Partner’s Consulting in Haverford, a woman-owned business technology services company.
