An auto group in West Chester is dominating Wilmington Pike. Piazza Auto Group recently paid $30.7 million for the BMW of West Chester and Mini of West Chester. The 6.8-acre property, located near Penn Oaks Golf Club, originally opened in 1968, writes Paul Schwedelson for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Piazza purchased Mercedes-Benz of West Chester in May 2022 for $20.5 million. The 10-acre property was bought from an affiliate of Capital Automotive Real Estate Services.

Also on Wilmington Pike, Piazza Auto owns the Hyundai, Mazda, Acura, Mini and Land Rover dealerships. The sellers of West Chester’s BMW are owned by MLV Family Limited Partnership.

Piazza Auto Group has also purchased property in Montgomery County, including a Ferrari dealership in Bryn Mawr, and is proposing a mixed-use development in King of Prussia.
