Bala Cynwyd’s BMW Main Line owner has some new digs. Michael Cantanucci — the owner of the parent company that has dealerships in multiple states, including Pennsylvania — purchased a record-breaking $170 million home in Palm Beach, Florida.

The Wall Street Journal reports that Cantanucci bought it from Robert Stiller, founder of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. The 1.6-acre Mediterranean-style property has 150 feet of ocean frontage.

Cantanucci and his wife Kimberly also own another abode in Palm Beach. It was listed for $34.95 million in April, writes E.B. Solomont.

The Cantantuccis have a stake in the New York real estate market as well. They recently sold a unit for over $40 million and are buying another one for more than $50 million.

BMW Main Line in Bala Cynwyd is owned by parent company New Country Motor Car Group, Hartford, Conn. Other dealerships are in Connecticut, New York, Maryland, and Florida. They sell an array of luxury car brands, including BMW, Lexus, Maserati, and Mercedes-Benz.
