Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue, a Brooklyn smokehouse concept by restaurateur Matthew Glazier and barbecue pitmaster Cenobio Canalizo, opened its second location on Monday in King of Prussia Mall, writes Lisa Dukart for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The new eatery is located in the former Mistral space and offers smokehouse fare and craft beers.

Glazier decided to establish an outpost for his New York flagship location in King of Prussia after visiting the area with his son.

“We were very impressed with the shopping center, which we believe is one of the more prestigious in the country,” he said.

The restaurant is well known for its slow-smoked meats prepared  using the on-site smoker.

The King of Prussia location features Morgan’s Brooklyn Barbecue signature overnight smoked beef brisket, pork ribs, and pulled pork.

The barbecue joint also offers smoked turkey, chicken, and wings, among many other delicious items.

For dessert, there’s fried Oreos, Key Lime Pie, Apple Pie, and Morgan’s Brooklyn Chocolate Cake!

Its rotating eight-tap station features craft beers, including several from local breweries such as Pottstown’s Sly Fox Brewing and King of Prussia’s Workhorse Brewing.

In addition, an extensive bourbon, whiskey, and rye list is available, including drinks from local distilleries including Norristown’s Five Saints Distilling and Pottstown’s Manatawny Still Works.
