On Sunday, Nov. 20, at 11:20 AM, Sterling Pig Brewery in Media will celebrate its one-year anniversary with a special party and bottle release of Big Gunz double IPA, brewed with a powerful punch of five hop varieties.

Sterling Pig fans and guests are asked to line up at the garage door in the back of the brewery to purchase this rare bottle-conditioned version of the “dangerously drinkable” Big Gunz, available in collectible 22-oz. bombers. Only 600 bottles will be made available, with a limit of three per person.

Additionally, Sterling Pig will be offering items from its delicious menu of down-home barbecue and wood-fired pizzas.

Sterling Pig’s shareable BBQ Combination Platters – featuring house-smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, ribs, pulled chicken, and smoked sausage – will also be served all day inside the taproom. The servers are skilled at food and beer pairing suggestions.

“We cannot wait to share our biggest and boldest beer with everyone,” said owner Loic Barnieu. “Sterling Pig has been a labor of love from Day One, and Big Gunz is our love note to the beer community.”

Established in July 2015, Sterling Pig has quickly earned heavy praise and recognition as one of the most exciting new startups in the Philadelphia area’s craft-brewing scene. Sterling Pig is located at 609 West State Street.
