No COVID-19 county or municipal statistics, including the number of new cases and COVID-19 deaths, were available for Tuesday, March 30 from the Chester County Health Department.
As of Monday, March 29, Delaware County had 1,339 reported deaths from COVID-19. It had 41,364 total positive cases with a 90.92 percent recovery rate.
The Chester County Health Department is also reporting an increase in positive cases in the county during the past week, compared to previous weeks in March. There were 703 positive COVID cases reported last week, compared to 572 the week before. The county saw a March monthly average of 623.25 cases.

The Pennsylvania Department of Health is reporting an increase in cases statewide. It confirmed as of 3 p.m., Tuesday, March 30, that there were 5,032 additional cases of COVID-19 across the state. The total number of cases stands at 1,020,300.
There were 34 additional COVID-19 deaths reported statewide for Tuesday, March 30. Total deaths statewide are now 25,049.
