Power Home Remodeling in Chester and SAP in Newtown Square both made Fortune’s Top 100 list of best places to work in the United States in 2020, writes Michael Tanenbaum for phillyvoice.com.

Power Home Remodeling Group jumped 27 spots over last year to land at No. 50. The company has more than 2,600 employees. Of those, more than 92 percent are millennials and 96 percent described it as a great place to work.

Information technology company SAP America made it to No. 59, but fell from its rank last year, when it was listed at No. 28.  It boasts more than 19,000 employees.

The annual list asks 4.1 million employees about their work experience relative to their company’s size, industry, organizational structure, values and reputation for helping workers reach full potential.

“These companies have created Great Places to Work For All — for everyone, no matter who a person is or what they do for the organization,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “As a result, they have built a path to realize the promise of artificial intelligence, gain strength from a diversity of perspectives, and thrive during downturns.”
