Financial Analyst – Refinish

This position is responsible for aspects of internal management reporting, financing planning, and forecasting within the North America Refinish segments. He/she will interface with all levels in the North American Refinish business, providing management with the necessary analysis, insight, and advice to support business decisions and strategic growth initiatives. The person will aid in the implementation, training, and continued development of new financial reporting systems including SAP, BW, and Microsoft Business Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative discipline. He/she should have a minimum of three to five years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or accounting. The person will have experience working for a leading global manufacturing business, in a public company or private-equity-backed company environment.

Global IT Security Analyst

This position will work closely with the entire global IT team and all levels of management to ensure that cyber security services are provided as outlined. The role will conduct internal, external, and third-party IT audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans. The person will also liaise with other governance functions on information security matters such as routine security activities plus Computer Security Incident Responses (CSIR).

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. CISSP certification is required, while CISA and CRISC is a plus. He/she should have a minimum of three to five years of experience in Information Security and/or Technical projects, including experience leading large global projects.

Sales Strategist

This position will work to develop and implement a complex and all-encompassing sales plan using advanced techniques. He/she will develop a long- and short-term business and sales support plans for major product and service offerings to meet share, volume, and profit objectives. The person will identify long-term opportunities within the marketplace and work with sales and product management to prepare plans to develop, test, and launch new products.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing. An MBA is preferred. He/she should have a minimum of five years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role. Advanced proficiency with all aspects of MS Office is required, while coatings industry experience is preferred.
