Based in Newtown Square, Petplan is the world’s oldest and largest provider of pet insurances and provides pet parents with the support, resources and tools they need to keep their pets thriving long into old age.  Petplan recently created a grant to help fund insurance for police dogs.

Director of Compliance

This position conducts periodic reviews and audits; investigates and responds to customer and regulatory agency complaints; reviews all existing and new marketing materials to ensure compliance with applicable state laws and regulations; and documents operational processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in business or a related discipline; knowledge of the property and casualty or accident and health industries; proficiency in planning and organizing with exceptional attention to detail; and strong quantitative, analytical, and compliance monitoring skills.

Quality Assurance Lead

This position leads testing for a portfolio of mission critical initiatives as part of the QA organization; collaborates with business partners to ensure delivery of high quality product; and prepares, reviews, and executes test plans, test conditions, test cases, and test scripts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related discipline; five to seven years of experience in a QA role, including hands-on experience in software development and web tech; and experience leading offshore QA teams.

Infrastructure Analyst

This position migrates the internal phone system to the cloud; replaces RDS thin client software with Google Chromebooks; migrates Windows file shares to Google Team drives; manages the server patching schedule and deploys patches as needed; and utilizes Datadog to monitor infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information science or a related discipline; five years of experience in infrastructure; Google Cloud certification as an Associate Cloud Engineer; and experience supporting on-premise and cloud infrastructure (GCP).
