Title and Survey Specialist / Paralegal

This position develops, updates, and implements a company-wide title and survey risk criteria matrix; reviews, negotiates, and finalizes title policies and surveys for Wawa sites; and drafts clear and concise title and survey risk analysis memoranda for each new site in land development.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and paralegal coursework and/or certification; a minimum of three years of experience in commercial real estate transactions/closings; and experience at a national title company, regional/international law firm, or in-house legal department.

Corporate Accountant (Supply Chain)

This position downloads and populates McLane reports with the necessary fields and ties those reports to the general ledger; prepares daily inventory balance roll-forward analysis to ensure that inventory balances are properly stated; and prepares, analyzes, and reports on inventory losses.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a minimum of three years of relevant work experience; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Access; and experience with financial accounting systems, preferably SAP and/or SAP BW.

Data Engineer

This position oversees the architecture and design of the data for Hadoop ecosystem and SAP BW on HANA; performs data analysis, data modeling, and data design tasks on complicated datasets; and manag

es data movements across various platforms to minimize costs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; a minimum of eight years of database and data integration experience; a minimum of five years of experience in designing and implementing data architecture; and experience implementing big data solutions.
