The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of seven years of recruiting lifecycle experience, including staffing compliance and employment laws, and four years of hospitality marketing recruiting experience.

Marketing Budget Analyst
This position assists in maintaining the annual sales and marketing budget, analyzes marketing contracts to forecast expenses, reconciles all sales and marketing expenses versus the budget forecast, and delivers reporting on revenue projections, budget, or expenditure forecasts.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, though a master’s degree is a plus, two to three years of accounting and/or analysis experience, and experience with reconciliation and reporting.

This position coordinates all elements of each event, provides ROI reports and analysis after each event, conducts competitor research and analysis in order to provide a business case for new innovative ideas, and controls brand positioning and company presence at all tradeshows and events.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years of experience in event management, and excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading, and speaking skills.

Project Manager, Romance
This position integrates the destination wedding and honeymoon market into all company institutional promotions, monitors, tracks, and reports on competitor’s offerings, collects resort wedding reports, and manages destination wedding and honeymoon retailers and vendors.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, five to seven years of experience, strong strategic, analytical, and copywriting skills, and experience in sales, marketing, and/or public relations.
