Director of Intellectual Disabilities Employment Services

This position recruits and develops work contacts that enable clients of the Work Activity Center to remain productive throughout the day; generates job bids and pricing structures with outside contractors; and ensures that staff focuses on daily planning and implementation of activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities; two years of management experience in the field; and experience working in employment services with an ID population.

Direct Support Professional

This position assists, coaches, and monitors individual clients with their daily living needs including bathing, personal hygiene care, and dressing; reinforces positive behaviors and promotes social interaction; and assists with therapeutic activities including physical exercises and recreation.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and one to three years of related experience and/or training; and a valid driver’s license with a minimum three years licensed driving experience with a good driving record.

Maintenance Worker

This position maintains and repairs buildings’ HVAC systems, including replacing broken and defective parts; maintains with repairs of wood parts of buildings; paints interior and exterior walls and trim; and performs general grounds maintenance, including parking lot and sidewalk repairs.

The ideal candidate will possess a certificate from a college or technical school in a maintenance related field; a minimum of two years of maintenance experience; specialized experience in HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry trades; and a valid driver’s license.
