Sales Support Senior Specialist

This position provides strategic insights into global and regional sales performance; ensures timely weekly updates to executive management with actionable analytical insights necessary to drive sales behavior; and provides deal support including bookings reconciliation, ad-hoc analysis, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA and five to 10 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of three to five years of experience in sales operations for a software company; knowledge of Franchise for Success framework, CRM systems, and HARMONY; and excellent communication skills.

SAP Internal Scrum Master

This position works with the IT unit for the IT Go-to-Market team by assuming responsibility for Scrum-related ceremonies and tasks; maximizes team responsibility for Scrum-related ceremonies and tasks; and aids in the design and implementation of new solutions using cloud and platform technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems; scrum master certification and solid experience in agile project delivery; knowledge of Jira software and SAP applications; and a minimum of one year of work experience in a scrum master role.

IT Technology Manager

This position manages the data center management team in the Americas and oversees delivery of all end-to-end IMAC-D services within the data centers; oversees asset information quality and integrity; oversees invoices, forecast, and budget planning; and supports data center audits and reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in computer science, information management, or a related discipline; five to eight years of experience in IT management; three to five years of international management experience; and familiarity with complex, functional and multi-matrices organizations.
