Brandywine Realty Trust is developing a new office building as part of its 155 Radnor project that is a part of the 26.6-acre Penn Medicine campus at King of Prussia Road in Radnor, according to a staff report from the Mainline Media News.

“Brandywine has deep roots in the Pennsylvania suburbs, so we are delighted to work alongside our partners at Penn Medicine to bring a transformative mixed-use community to the sought-after Radnor market,” said Jerry Sweeney, President & CEO of Brandywine Realty Trust.

This is the first new office development in Radnor in nearly three decades, and as such it brings a rare block of connected Class A office space to the highly-coveted market.

The development will also include a luxury boutique hotel.

The office building and the hotel will be designed by the renowned architectural team at Ballinger.

With 155 Radnor, Brandywine plans to set a new standard for workplace wellness and productivity. The four-story office building will feature open floor plates, an offset core, and an expansive glass exterior.

Numerous amenities will include a conference center, a patio and gaming area, and landscaped grounds.
