Office Manager – Cardiology

This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the cardiology department; ensures that the scheduling, patient reception, clinical care, and discharge processes are completed in accordance with protocol; and maintains the medical records and practice files.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and six years of medical practice office management experience; experience with revenue cycle management and regulatory requirements for practices; and experience with office billing, collections, and purchasing.

Staffing Specialist

This position acts as subject matter expert for the Kronos Scheduling System; oversees the staffing schedule for the nursing department; assesses staffing of all units to facilitate appropriate staffing; and coordinates full time, part time, pool and float staffing to meet the changing needs of the department.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and three years of secretarial experience; a minimum of two years of experience working in a healthcare environment; and extensive experience with KRONOS scheduling system.

Mental Health Technician

This position identifies and corrects safety problems encountered during the course of work; takes vital signs in an accurate and precise manner and records results; attends and participates in reports according to protocol; and assists patients to establish crisis management goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work, or a related discipline; one to two years of experience working in a mental health field; good oral and written communication skills; and the ability to act compassionately and professionally in stressful situations.
