Director of Enrollment Data Management

This position creates and maintains documentation on enrollment management systems and data processes; manages, maintains and ensures data integrity for all enrollment systems; and manages and maintains audits to ensure integrity of data transfers.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, or business; three to five years of related experience; advance skills in Microsoft Excel and Access; experience with HTML and/or CMS and relational databases; and advanced analytical skills.

Instructional Technology Specialist

This position collaborates with faculty in the design and development of online courses that are supported by research-based best practices; updates web pages for relevant academic departments; and oversees the course development process to ensure that courses meet university standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in instructional technology, educational technology, digital media design, or a related discipline; a minimum of three to five years of experience in instructional design; and experience with learning management systems.

Audio Visual Technician

This position operates and provides support to a variety of A/V and computer equipment on campus, including projectors, microphones, soundboards, and TVs; completes all AV event setup and clean up for events; and provides telecommunication devices as needed for meetings and events on campus.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree related to the A/V industry or information systems; certifications for A/V/control platforms such as Polycom, Extron, Crestron, or AMX; and experience running sound/audio boards and balancing audio and microphones.
