Now is your chance to find out just how much art and culture there is in Delaware County, just waiting to be discovered.

The first-ever Delco Arts Week Sept. 21 to 28 features art exhibitions, studio tours, garden tours, music and dance, theater, film and more.

Festivals, events and activities will take place at various locations throughout the county.

This week of local arts and culture includes workshops and children’s activities.  New events continue to be added. leading up to Sept. 21.

Delco Arts Week is an opportunity for cultural institutions and arts organizations throughout the county to promote its collective resources to residents and visitors alike.

It is presented by the Delaware County Arts Consortium (DCAC) and the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, and is made possible by generous sponsorships from The Foundation for Delaware County and Visit Delco, PA.

The DCAC is a collaboration of cultural organizations working to advance the economic viability of the nonprofit arts and culture community, promoting the value of cultural resources to the local community.

The Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance provides services and resources for the cultural sector.

The Foundation for Delaware County builds healthy communities and encourages philanthropy in Delaware County. It traces its history to the nonprofit Crozer-Keystone Health System and its affiliated hospitals.

Visit Delco PA is the tourism bureau for Delaware County, dedicated to promoting the county’s hospitality and tourism industries.
