Strong profits and growth out west have convinced Title Alliance, headquartered in Media, to open a regional office in the Phoenix area, writes Angela Gonzales for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Market share and profitability have doubled each year since Title Alliance opened a Phoenix  office in December 2015, said Jim Campbell, CEO of Title Alliance.

The company employs 30 people throughout Arizona, and will add 20 more by early 2021, said Lindsay Smith, chief strategy officer for Title Alliance.

“We are in hyper-growth mode,” she said. “We know Arizona is a gateway to all western locations we intend to expand into over the coming years.”

Title Alliance forged joint ventures with local real estate brokers in Arizona to fuel its growth.

“Typically, a title company will take you out to dinner, a (Arizona) Cardinals game or a (Phoenix) Suns game to get your business,” Chader said. “We allow people to have stocks in the company that they’re using and a say in the level of services provided.”

Today, the company has eight joint ventures in Arizona and New Mexico with 11 branches.

Campbell is also eyeing Idaho, Washington, Utah and Oregon for future expansions.
