Quality Assurance Specialist

This position determines overall RCM quality by evaluating various RCM processes and informing RCM management of findings; detects coaching needs and takes appropriate actions; and educates and instructs RCM personnel in recommended RCM quality control methods and practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of experience within the company or within a quality role; certified coding certification and advanced certification in specialized functional area; and superior knowledge of departmental processes and procedures.

Reimbursement Specialist – Collections

This position contacts insurance companies regarding DME/Specialty Pharmacy claims that have not been processed correctly; manages assigned payor accounts by ensuring that accounts receivable are resolved within 90 days; and builds and maintain relationships with payor representatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a business-related field; a minimum of three years of experience in medical building or accounts receivable; and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and CPR+ or a similar platform.

Account Resolution Specialist

This position monitors the financial hotline and emails specific to financial issues or concerns; troubleshoots and resolves complicated inquiries and questions for RCM; and provides support to patients with inquiries and concerns regarding financial accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of related experience in healthcare reimbursement; experience with coordination of accounts receivable in a multi-payer environment; and prior work experience in a specialty infusion, home care, or a related field.
