Director of Payment Solutions

This position plans, monitors, and evaluates staff performance; manages the strategy and vision for card/digital payment channels and products; identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path items; and negotiates business deals, contracts, and associated terms and pricing.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline; seven to ten years of payment and/or card industry experience; five years of management experience leading a successful team; and excellent customer service, interpersonal, and supervisory skills.

Risk Management Manager

This position helps establish and ensure strong operational processes and procedures minimizing and responding to fraud exposure; uses analytics, business rules, and risk models to detect behaviors and risk factors; and oversees the ID Theft Red Flag program.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, criminal justice, or a related discipline; five years of experience in financial institution operations or financial crimes investigation; three years of management experience; and knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.

Loan Processor

This position helps coordinate loan closing appointments and prepares all necessary loan documents; reviews mail-away loan packages for accuracy, signed documentation, and receipt of all required conditions; and reviews loan files for closing and ensures all approval conditions have been met.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and one to three years of related experience in the consumer credit industry; strong customer service, interpersonal, and sales/negotiation skills; and experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Access.
