Gift Officer, Family Engagement and Philanthropy

The Gift Officer assigned to the Family Engagement and Philanthropy unit will represent Villanova University as a whole and be responsible for planning and implementing multiple gifts strategies using operating/work plans and stewardship plans.

Gift Officer candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years experience in development and at least two years in direct personal solicitations, as well as an understanding of the University culture and the process for decision making and program development required.

Director/General Manager – The Inn at Villanova University

The Director/General Manager of the Inn at Villanova University plans, directs, and coordinates the overall provisions of the day-to-day service for operation of the Inn at Villanova including managing all staff and working collaboratively with other university departments.

Candidates for the Director/General Manager position should have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management, 5+ years of progressive management level experience in the hospitality industry preferably at a conference center/Inn and or college or university, and a thorough knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures used in the Inn/hotel/conference service industry.

Coach/Choreographer for Villanova Wildcat Dancers (Part-time)

Villanova seeks a coach to choreograph POM SQUAD routines, teach routines, and attend performances, athletic and on-campus events, and community events when the Wildcat Dancers perform.

The Coach/Choreographer candidate should have performance experience with a POM SQUAD, a minimum of 2 years experience teaching dance and at least 2 years of choreography experience. Experience choreographing routines for specified performance venues including football fields, basketball courts, as well as other inside and outdoor venues is preferred.
