Sales Associate

This position follows approved sales procedures and customer relation policies while providing service to all customers; accurately operates the cash register while following approved cash-handling procedures; maintains the store in spotless condition; and performs routine cleaning and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer relation skills; a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner; and a manner, attitude, and personality that will create an atmosphere of friendliness and goodwill with customers and co-workers.

Assistant Manager

This position answers questions and assists with product selection, purchases, and returns; makes recommendations to the store manager regarding the retail sales environment; develops and manages the group of customer service representatives; and reports on store progress with respect to meeting sales and profit goals.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and leadership skills; the ability to communicate effectively in order to motivate a team of customer service representatives; and a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
