Swiss Farms, the Broomall-based chain of drive-through convenience stores, has taken away the hassles that often accompany grocery shopping, writes Beth Price-Williams for Only In Your State.

Swiss Farms has several locations throughout Delco and saves customers from having to deal with packed stores, maneuvering around crowds with a cart, standing in long lines, and many other annoyances.

Instead, customers can pull up to the drive-through and give their order the same way as at any fast-food restaurant that offers a similar service. The store offers an assortment of groceries, including a selection of milk, cheeses, ice cream, bacon, and other usual staples.

As an added bonus, Swiss Farms also offers a generous selection of prepared meals. The breakfast options include a croissant, a breakfast sandwich, and cereal. For lunch, customers can opt for an assortment of hot entrees that include breaded chicken tenders and lasagna.

After placing their order, customers can either pay at the drive-through or use the store’s Level-Up app. The lucky ones can also get their orders handed to them by Cruiser, the store’s gregarious mascot.
