Program Specialist

This position effectively manages a maximum caseload of 30-day program participants; coordinates and completes initial day program assessments for each participant; participates in the development of ISPs and IPPs; and completes monthly documentation on participants’ participation and progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in a relevant discipline; two to four years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities; and a valid driver’s license with three years of licensed driving experience and a good driving record.

Maintenance Worker

This position maintains and repairs buildings’ plumbing and HVAC systems, including replacing broken and defective parts; assists with repairs of wood parts of buildings; performs general carpentry tasks; and performs general grounds maintenance, including parking lot and sidewalk repairs.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and certificate from a college or technical school in a maintenance-related field; a minimum of two years of maintenance experience; and specialized experience in HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry trades.

Evening Supervisor

This position increases opportunities for individuals and staff to enhance their spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, and physiological growth; coordinates staff efforts in the execution of individual programs; and supervises and directs the total care of individual residents.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and two years of supervisory experience; good financial skills, including tracking expenditures and monitoring budgets; and a valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a good driving record.
