Senior Assistant Director of Financial Aid Systems and Technology

This position designs and implements automated processes to facilitate the financial aid application process; coordinates, executes, and completes technical projects; and assists in the development of new applications to improve internal efficiencies, streamline processes, and ensure data integrity.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of experience working in a college or university setting; three to five years of experience managing financial aid technology; and an understanding of relational database structures and reporting tools.

Digital Archivist

This position advises curators on appraisal strategy, privacy concerns, and security in the context of born-digital records; uses tools such as BitCurator to process born-digital archival materials; and works to ensure that digital content in the collections is as accessible as possible.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in library/information science or a related discipline; a minimum of two years of experience working as an archivist or librarian; experience using a digital asset management system; and knowledge of digital preservation theory and practice.

Associate Director, Donor Relations

This position manages the reporting process for the college’s endowed funds and current restricted gifts; fosters positive collaborative relationships with academic units, gift officers, and administrators; and uses applicable technology tools to support endowed fund stewardship.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience working in institutional advancement; strong organizational and written and oral communication skills; and strong skill in using tact and diplomacy to deal with potential donors.
