Customer Success Engineer

This position advises customers on highly scalable technical solutions that integrate company products with customers’ enterprise systems; provides hands-on assistance with designing and provisioning secure environments; and solves client technical issues.

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of experience managing internal and/or external clients in the delivery of large infrastructure solutions; experience with deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment; and an understanding of enterprise platform security and concepts.

Senior Web Developer

This position develops and maintains full stack web and mobile solutions; creates services and integrations with vendor and internal systems; and participates in architecture discussions to ensure that solutions meet requirements and have scope for future expansion.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of experience at a mid/project lead level; and web development experience, including ASP.NET MVC, web services, CSS, and JavaScript.

UI/UX (Frontend) Designer

This position oversees the visual design of assigned projects and coordinates and communicates the appropriate architecture; develops wireframes and detailed mockups that clearly illustrate how an app will function and look; and contributes blog posts on a monthly basis.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in graphic design or UI/UX and/or three to five years of related experience; experience with Adobe software, HTML, and CSS; strong knowledge of user experience design best practices; and a portfolio of design projects.
