This position assesses compliance with governmental and jurisdictional regulatory requirements, financial accounting standards, and company policies; evaluates the effectiveness of information systems and business controls; and recommends efficiencies and innovations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and CIA or CPA certification and/or a master’s degree; a minimum of two years of internal audit, public accounting, or related business experience; and lead auditor experience.

Surveillance Agent
This position operates a CCTV system to monitor casino activities and prepares reports and logs; presents evaluations of all observed illegal activity and makes necessary recommendations; and enforces state and federal regulations while adhering to departmental rules and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess some college education and a high school diploma; the ability to operate a CCTV system; strong written and verbal communication skills; and excellent customer service skills.

Security Supervisor
This position directs and supervises activities in an assigned area; coordinates PA Gaming Control Board Regulations and company policies to ensure effective compliance; trains and evaluates the performance of personnel under supervision; and conducts investigations as assigned.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and extensive professional and college-level training; extensive supervisory-level and/or casino security experience; investigation experience; and superior leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
