Sr. Financial Analyst
This position assists in planning, organizing, and managing the annual financial planning process, prepares various monthly financial reports and analyses, and assists the sales and intake departments with operating metrics.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration or economics, though an MBA or CPA certification is a plus, and a minimum of five years of financial analysis and business planning experience.

Privacy Analyst
This position performs detailed internal privacy and security audits, analyzes audit findings against applicable compliance standards and company policies, and conducts periodic review and revision of compliance policies and training materials.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare setting, including at least one year of leadership experience, and a minimum of two years of corporate compliance experience, including at least one year in a role focused on patient privacy and/or security.

Insurance Coordinator
This position communicates benefit information, clinical and financial needs, and/or challenges to appropriate parties and communicates the appropriate clinical and financial data required to obtain approval of service.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, three to five years of recent experience in a related field, and knowledge of pain management administration and insurance plan criteria.

Supervisor, Intake Operations
This position supports team members with routine tasks and complex situations, oversees the daily operations of the team, conducts performance review meetings, and regularly reviews work product to assess team member knowledge and performance.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree, two to five years of work experience in a healthcare provider environment, two to five years of management experience, and experience in renal dialysis, specialty pharmacy, and home infusion.
