This position negotiates price, terms, and conditions of purchases; coordinates, monitors, researches, and approves the purchase of routine supplies; prepares purchase orders and bid requests and obtains W9s for all vendors; and maintains procurement records and inventories.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of procurement experience; excellent analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills; and the ability to work independently, effectively, and collaboratively.

This position provides administrative systems and recruiting support by performing data collection and reporting with outcomes assessment; recruits for adult and graduate programs; maintaining telephone and email contact with applicants; and managing the SLATE recruitment database.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in business or marketing and experience in the recruitment process in higher education; excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills; and current experience in social media content creation.

IT – Data Systems Specialist
This position supports all college departments with Colleague, ODS, SQL, Access, and Excel reports; supports report creation and printing, system security, and user account creation; and supports the integration of third party software technology systems.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a minimum of two to four years of experience administering Ellucian Colleague SQL Systems or similar ERPs; and experience with Windows 7 and 10 and Microsoft Office software.
