Patient Care Coordinator
This position communicates therapy and coverage requirements to referral sources; articulates benefit information, clinical and financial needs, and/or challenges to patients; and provides feedback and suggestions for improving the process.
The ideal candidate will preferably possess some college in a related discipline; a minimum of five years of computer data entry experience; experience with CPR+; and working knowledge of home infusion, dialysis, durable medical equipment, and/or nutrition therapy.

Cash Applications Representative
This position posts cash receipts from third-party remittances and explanations of benefits to appropriate patient invoices, organizes and prepares lockbox deposits, and contacts insurance payers for missing remittances.
The ideal candidate will possess some college coursework; a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in a billing, collections, or cash-posting role; and knowledge of claim and benefit requirements for third-party medical payers.

This position processes and distributes documents within 24-48 hours of receipt, enters patient and physician demographics into CPR+ for all new referrals, and keeps up to date information within the CPR systems databases with 100 percent accuracy.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree in a related discipline; hands-on experience with CPR+; working knowledge of renal and/or specialty infusion; and demonstrated computer hardware, peripheral, and Microsoft computer skills.
