Director of Grants and Research, Office of Institutional Advancement

This position meets goals and objectives for professional performance, including raising the budgeted operating income goal; writes, coordinates, and implements corporate and foundation grant proposals, reports, and delivery of donor benefits and recognition; and arranges for face-to-face meetings on site with corporate and foundation contacts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five years of work experience in a development office; experience with prospect cultivation and donation solicitation; excellent writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; and proficiency in using fundraising software, ideally Raiser’s Edge.
