Medical Records Clerk

This position maintains the proper handling, organization, and preservation of all inmate medical records; prepares monthly statistics and reports; maintains both active and inactive files; and schedules appointments with outside consulting health professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; training in an accredited medical records program or a minimum of one year of experience in an established medical records system; and solid organizational and communication skills.

Day Shift LPN

This position works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse to implement and evaluate inmates’ healthcare needs; provides comprehensive nursing care while observing and maintaining security requirements; and performs minor surgical procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree from an accredited school of nursing; a current, unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN license; two years of direct work experience; and competence in providing crisis intervention, physical assessment, psychiatric nursing care, and more.

Payroll Clerk

This position compiles payroll data, including hours worked, taxes, insurance, and garnishes; prepares computer input forms and enters data into computer files; and records changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, loan payments, and insurance coverage.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED; two years of progressive work experience in a clerical or payroll capacity; working knowledge of payroll procedures; and excellent organizational and communication skills.
