Help Desk Technician

This position troubleshoots and maintains hardware and software on networked workstations, printers, and smartphones; performs preventative maintenance on computer equipment; and inventories and maintains IT equipment, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline or three to five years of work experience; CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ or MCTS Windows 7 Certifications; and good working knowledge of networking and telecom and VoIP technology.

Control Systems Programmer

This position provides technical support to engineers, project managers, and installers; assists the sales department by surveying sites; leads programming code reviews; and programs, implements, and tests system integration client projects.

The ideal candidate will possess experience developing control solutions for complex audiovisual systems; CTS certifications; experience in coordinating with audiovisual engineers and customers to develop touch panel designs.

AV Installer

This position builds racks, installs projectors, screens, and other audiovisual equipment, including cabling, fiber optics, racking, and mounting audiovisual devices and control units.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree; a minimum of two years of experience installing and commissioning audiovisual equipment; and knowledge of loading and troubleshooting Crestron, Extron, AMX, and Biamp control systems.
