Personal Banker (Floating)

This position opens accounts, submits loan applications, runs a cash drawer, achieves personal deposit and loan sales goals, and processes customers’ transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, extensive consultative sales experience of bank products, and prior work history in a retail sales environment.

Treasury Management Sales Officer (Wayne)

This position handles the sales and servicing of new accounts with average depository needs of at least $100,000 or accounts requiring fee-based cash management products and services, and ensures customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, relevant experience in commercial banking, treasury management, and cash management, and a minimum of three years of local cash management experience.

SBA Lending Relationship Manager (Broomall)

This position develops a referral network in order to solicit SBA loan opportunities, structures SBA loan proposals, prepares credit packages, and manages the success and growth of an assigned sales territory.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field, and a minimum of five years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly with SBA lending and business-related financial services sales.

Retail Office Manager (Lansdowne)

This position leads the sales and service team to meet and exceed all sales goals and service targets, coaches teams on proper execution of best practices, and develops branch referral pipelines for other bank departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or management, three to five years of supervisory or management experience, and extensive consultative bank product sales experience.
