Staff Assistant

This position organizes, attends, and takes minutes for Advisory Council and Leadership and Curriculum Committee meetings; organizes Design Showcase and Design Expo activities; and assists with preparing the annual assessment report for the program.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and related experience; will be energetic, responsible, and highly self-motivated; and will be proficient in the use of a variety of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Administrative Support Assistant

This position assists in the supervision and training of student assistants; maintains calendars, coordinates travel arrangements, and arranges events and meetings; and ensures compliance with FERPA while maintaining confidential student files, records, and databases.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school degree or higher and one year of related experience; the ability to learn new technologies and web-based systems; and experience with PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office, and with manipulating spreadsheets and databases.

Education Program Associate 3

This position serves as a liaison among faculty, students, and community agencies to promote and support curricular and co-curricular opportunities; and supports faculty in the incorporation of civic engagement into new and existing courses.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a master’s degree in education, higher education, or a related discipline with a focus on student development, civic engagement, and/or engaged scholarship; and four years of related experience.
