Interactive Designer

The interactive designer will work closely with the lead interactive designer. In addition, you will be responsible for working with a team of designers, content writers, the digital marketing team and web and interactive developers on diverse, traditional and new media projects.

Candidate should have a degree in interactive design, 3-5 years of experience in interactive design and experience in mobile, tablet and desktop specific design.

IT Project Manager

The Project Manager with an IT focus works with project management and information technology teams and external vendors to establish project schedules, manage work-flows, and see projects through to completion. The ideal candidate will act as a cross-functional team member supporting project management initiatives with an IT focus, working to educate team members on the importance of aligning team projects with overarching company goals.

Candidates should have a BA/BS degree, PM certifications preferred, 5-7 years of experience in leading complex projects, with emphasis on IT project management and experience running complex IT projects in an Agile environment.

Web Optimization Analyst

Reporting to the Director, Digital Strategy & Marketing Analytics, the Web Optimization Analyst is responsible for updating and analyzing critical reporting to improve the user experience, consumer traffic and ultimately increase revenue and provide support to our customer retention team and help provide metrics and dashboards to optimize the customer journey.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, strong analytical skills with the ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets and 1+ years’ experience with site analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
