Marketing Specialist

This position works with the marketing team to plan, implement, support, and manage a range of marketing programs and projects, including advertising, collateral, sales tool development, events, internal and external communications, branding, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, graphic design and PowerPoint experience, and corporate writing experience, including internal and external communications.

Business Account Manager

This position manages key accounts to promote growth and long-term retention of Axalta’s existing and future customer base, develops account plans and deploys them to key strategic stops within an assigned sales territory, and plays a key role in new sales acquisition.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and/or at least two to five years of sales experience, previous experience in managing and developing people, strong sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and quickly resolve problems.

Financial Analyst

This position reviews the monthly operating performance of the business, provides in-depth analyses to regional industrial management, coordinates aspects of annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, and ensures the accuracy of master data and its impact on financial results.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, a minimum of two to three years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or accounting, and experience working for a leading global manufacturing business in a public company or private-equity-backed company environment.
