Product Manager

This position pulls together the company’s entire R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure they deliver products that are right for customers. You will own your products from concept to consumer and manage everything from launch schedules to feature definitions and packaging.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of five years of experience in complex product or project management in a development environment; and demonstrated knowledge of consumer or outdoor products. While the company prefers experienced candidates, it is open to considering early career individuals.

Embedded Software Engineer

This position writes and documents embedded C code in an SoC microprocessor environment; tests, debugs, and documents changes in new and existing code; and works as part of a “concept-to-consumer” design team that launches new products every year.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related discipline; strong C/C++ coding skills; demonstrated experience or interest in writing microprocessor code for embedded platforms; and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. While the company prefers experienced candidates, it is open to considering early career individuals with demonstrated proficiency.

Electronics Assembler

This position assembles small electronic and mechanical components and subassemblies into finished products; performs on-line testing and visual inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet specifications and standards; and enters data into computer databases.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and the demonstrated ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills. Knowledge of manufacturing or experience with electronics is a plus, but no prior experience is required.
