This position works with the sales director to develop and implement a complex and all-encompassing sales plan using advanced techniques. He/she will develop short- and long-term opportunities within the marketplace and works with sales and product management to prepare plans to develop, test, and launch new products. The person is accountable for sales support, market segmentation, market research, brand marketing, pricing, branding, and advertising.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent work-related experience. An MBA is preferred. He/she will possess a minimum of five years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role. The person will have a strong business acumen and project management skills.

This position works with the marketing team to support North America Refinish by helping to plan, implement, support, and/or manage a range of marketing programs and projects. He/she works on a variety of projects, including advertising, events, internal and external communications, and branding. The person writes press releases, articles, and editorials to promote the company.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications. He/she will have graphic design and presentation design experience. The person will preferably have corporate writing experience, including internal and external communications.

Product Specialist – Central and Eastern PA
This position develops, trains, and supports distributor personnel to meet the needs of collision shop customers, particularly in the areas of new products, technical support, training availability, and value-added programs. He/she will be competent in all of the company’s brands and technologies to support strategic accounts and new customer installations. The person remains current with industry trends and association activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and a minimum of five years of industry experience. He/she will have a good understanding of body shop operations and application equipment. The person will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to present him/herself professionally.
