IT Procurement Specialist

This position initiates sourcing projects using the company’s sourcing projects methodology; organizes and leads negotiations with suppliers; and monitors and measures the implementation of contracts/changes and participates in local governance as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in business or engineering; five years of IT procurement experience; three to five years of project management experience; and strong procurement, IT, and legal skills.

Business Systems Analyst

This position performs a variety of duties, including systems analysis and design, system configuration, and master data maintenance; identifies system gaps and works with the technical team to develop functional specs; and analyzes and documents business processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, and/or business; one to three years of SAP sales and distribution experience; and excellent communication skills.

Counsel

This position drafts, negotiates, and reviews commercial contracts in support of regional business units; supports management and sales teams on general legal matters; and addresses real estate matters, including review and negotiation of leases and sale agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a law degree; four to seven years of experience with commercial contracts at a law firm or in-house legal department; and current bar membership in a U.S. jurisdiction.
